Misc. Features list

This field allows the input of chromosomal features other than genes. These features will be drawn around the inner circle of the diagram. Feature names should be entered seperated by returns. Names can also be pasted from a program such as MS Excel.To enter single nucleotide features (e.g. SNPs or RNA editing sites) enter a feature with the same starting and ending position.
Allowed characters are:
A-Z
a-z
0-9
-
_
.
*
" "

All other characters will be removed in post-processing. There is also a 50 character limit to names.
