Gene or Feature Color

As shown at the right, you have a choice among 32 colors for each gene or feature. The use of color is optional: if this column is omitted all genes will be drawn as white and all features as black. Colors are specified by a number between 0 and 31. Any color requested outside this range will default to color 0 (white). Positions can be pasted from a program such as MS Excel.
